Practice Description In three decades of public policy legal practice, Robert Gould has counseled corporate, institutional and individual clients involved in complex litigation, commercial transactions, due diligence, real estate and construction, labor relations, regulated industries, trans-portation and infrastructure, economic development, legislation, election law, campaign finance and white-collar criminal inquiries. Mr. Gould serves as local strategic counsel to nationally recognized law firms and corporate legal departments when their "compass" points to West Virginia.

A magna cum laude graduate of the Samuel J. Silberman College of Business Administration at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Mr. Gould received a Juris Doctor degree from Syracuse University College of Law. He previously served as an attorney-advisor and economic development specialist in the US government, and has served as a special counsel in the West Virginia State Senate.  

Mr. Gould  is a member of the New York, District of Columbia and West Virginia bars, and is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, the US Tax Court, the US Court of International Trade, the US Court of Military Appeals and numerous other federal district and appellate courts.
